When a leading interior designer commissioned Fireplace Studio Brighouse to work on a luxury residential project in Leeds, the brief was anything but ordinary. Two fireplaces. Two completely different feels. One uncompromising standard.
Working alongside the design team from concept through to installation, we delivered a Barbas Bellfire media wall fire and a bespoke limestone entrance fireplace that together set a new benchmark for what a fire installation can be.

The Client
A high-end interior designer approached us to supply and install two bespoke fireplaces for a luxury private residence in Leeds.
With exacting standards and a clear creative vision, this was a project that demanded precision, quality craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of premium fire products.
The Brief
The client wanted two fireplaces that felt entirely distinct from one another, yet equally luxurious. The first needed to anchor a stunning media wall installation with a contemporary, high-impact feel.
The second was to serve as a grand focal point in the entrance hall, welcoming guests with a regal, timeless aesthetic. Both required a bespoke, high-end finish with no compromise on quality.
What Fireplaces We Installed

Barbas Bellfire Gas Panorama for The Media Wall
We specified and installed a Barbas Bellfire Gas Panorama 110/70, fitted with a premium two-burner system and an industrial-style interior. Set within a fully designed and built media wall, this fireplace delivers a dramatic, wide-format flame picture that commands the room. We supplied and installed all materials, ensuring a seamless, refined finish throughout.

Barbas Bellfire Topsham for The Entrance Hall
For the entrance, we installed a Barbas Bellfire Topsham Large 3 Gas, complete with a premium burner and black glass interior. This was paired with a fully bespoke limestone surround, crafted to complement the grandeur of the space and create an immediate impression on arrival.
Project Timeline
The project was completed within eight weeks from initial deposit through to full installation.
Both Barbas Bellfire appliances are manufactured in the Netherlands, which naturally carries a longer lead time than UK-produced alternatives. This was factored into the programme from the outset, ensuring the schedule remained on track throughout.
Why This Was the Right Solution
In a home of this scale and ambition, the fireplaces needed to do more than provide heat. They needed to add dimension, character, and a sense of occasion to each space.
Large-format gas fires from a premium European manufacturer, paired with bespoke surrounds and expert installation, were the ideal choice for a client who wouldn’t accept anything less than exceptional.
The Result
The finished installation exceeded expectations.
The client was delighted with the quality of the finish and the attention to detail throughout, from the flame presentation to the final dressing of each surround.
Two very different spaces, two very different fires, one consistent standard of excellence.
